Personalized orders are handmade in NYC.

Please allow 7 business days for personalized orders to be created before shipment.

We give our customers a 10 minute window to contact us via email with any post-order changes or cancellations on personalized or discounted items.

Non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within the next business day. You will receive an emailed shipment notification with tracking information once the order is complete and ready for shipment. 

 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders within the USA are shipped through USPS Mail. Delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days. Delivery dates may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders outside of the USA are shipped by USPS Priority International Mail. Delivery will take approximately 6-10 business days. Delivery dates may vary. The M Jewelers is not responsible for import taxes/fees for international orders.

DELAYED SHIPMENT

TheMJewelersNY.com delivers parcels all over the world via USPS Priority. During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, The M Jewelers will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond the control of TheMJewelersNY.com.

LOST OR STOLEN

The M Jewelers is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When entering shipping info, please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.


RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging, tags and must be in the same condition as it was received.

*We do not offer refunds on discounted or personalized items* This includes engraving, custom orders and all items listed in our personalization section. (This policy is applied for in-store purchases). Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return your item to us.

*We cannot create return labels for international orders.*

RETURN ADDRESS

All returns to The M Jewelers must be sent with “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping. The M Jewelers is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon delivery. Please send to;

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our customers are given a 10-minute window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase. This applies to ALL  orders. Please email contact@themjewelersny.com within this timeframe. No exceptions will be made.
