Personalized orders are handmade in NYC. Please allow 6-7 business days for personalized orders to be created before shipment. You will receive an emailed tracking notification once the order has shipped.

Currently, we ship via USPS Domestic & USPS International.
When you use a Personal Shopper, we ship overnight via USPS if the item is in stock.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

What is your exchange / return policy?
All items purchased during the Nov 15th - Dec 15th promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds on discounted items. No refunds on personalized items.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/ undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase. **Personalized items are Non-Refundable. This includes engraving, custom orders & all items listed under our personalization section. (Same policy is applied for in-store purchases.)
All returns to The M Jewelers must be sent ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ for any carrier used. The M Jewelers is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon receipt. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
